After researching multiple schools, I chose DES. It was the best decision I made. If you're looking for a career in dialysis, DES is where you should go. DES values the education it provides to their students. Their goal is to set you up for success as a certified hemodialysis technician. The staff at DES is awesome and Chris makes the enrollment stress free. Mike M. CEO and founder of DES is very professional, smart and well spoken individual. His lectures and lab will prepare to be one of the best dialysis technicians in the field. His students have the highest passing rate on the state exam. At the DES you will feel more than just a student, they have the most amazing care for their students. I strongly recommend DES to anyone looking for a career in dialysis. It's the best school for dialysis training in California. I'm proud to have been one of their students.

the BEST DIALYSIS SCHOOL EVER! I'M a former DES student and now I'm a CCHT at Davita:) thanks a lot to the owner of the school Mike M. a very nice & very professional guy! At first,I'm undecide what im gonna do,while waiting before going back to a nursing program. going to DES is one of the best decision I MADE!the faculty and staff of DES is very friendly,professional & very caring for there student:) if you looking for short term education & very secure job. DES is perfect school for you,its only take take four months for you to finish the whole program,that include's two months of theory & two months clinical. only" four months" and you have a lot of oppurtunity to get a job because of high demand of job!!! students in DES have the highest passing rates in board exam for dialysis technicians.. all you need to do is give them a call! my overall experience in DES is BEST! I" STRONGLY" recommened to everybody! very thankful to MIKE for helping me to get IN, and start a new carrer!! DES is the BEST dialysis school ever!!!

Best school ever!
I'm a newly graduate student of Dialysis Education Services and I'm glad that I have found this school. At first, I was hesitant but after reading the good reviews about this school, I thank God that I made the right decision. I must say that the staff and faculty members are very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and approachable. Mike the owner of the company and also, one of the instructor in the program is full of information and resources when you needed any assistance or questions pertaining to the program. He wants you to be successful and be the best dialysis nurse or technician out there once you completed the course. Students in DES has the highest passing rates in the state board exam for technicians. The didactic portion of the program is very well taught and the instructors know their topics they are teaching. They are experienced instructors and currently working in a reputable dialysis companies. The simulation lab portion is excellent! You will get the hands on training you will need before getting into the actual clinical settings. You will experience setting up the machine and how to start and to end a dialysis treatment. The instructor in the lab is cool and equipped with knowledge. He knows the ins and outs of the machine. He will explain and show you how to correct any alarms and emergencies you might encounter in a real life situations and the things you need to watch for and assess when a patient is on dialysis treatment. My overall experience has been rewarding and I really enjoyed going to DES not only that I have learned and got a career in the dialysis field but also have met new friends. I will be grateful forever to Mike for referring me to a dialysis clinic and helping me to start a new career as a dialysis nurse. I highly recommend this school for any nurses and technicians that are considering to get into the dialysis career.

I will start off by saying I live an hour (2-3 hours away in traffic) but DES was worth it. I learned so much under the best instructors who really care. I was able to pass the state exam on the first try and it was easy. I am working as a Dialysis Tech now and all the information I learned at DES proved to be very valuable. Thanks Mike, Haun, Doreen and everyone at DES

My experience at DES has been an wonderful positive experience! Learning everything about Dialysis was very interesting. I'm looking forward on working as a dialysis Tech. and showing my skills you guys taught us. Thank you to all the staff and especially to Mike and Haun !
